  • Which Gouda goes best on my pizza?

  • What are the return conditions?

  • How long does pizzaschaufel.ch guarantee its products?

  • Is there a minimum order value?
    Yes, since August 2023 the minimum order value has been CHF 25 - this is so that we do not have to make cheaper items unnecessarily expensive so that we can cover the shipping, packaging and fulfillment costs. However, due to our now quite large range, you can easily get to CHF 25.
  • Do the prices at pizzaschaufel.ch include VAT?
    Yes, since January 1st, 2024, Pizza GmbH Schweiz is subject to VAT - our VAT number is CHE-324.034.244 VAT.
  • How sustainable is pizzaschaufel.ch?
    Social and ecological sustainability are core issues at pizzaschaufel.ch. The high-quality products from pizzaschaufel.ch are durable and many of them use renewable raw materials. Shipping is usually done by Swiss Post (Pro Clima Versand) or by bike. The packaging material often consists of previously used boxes and padding that are given a second life. Since this is of course not always possible due to the large volume of orders, when purchasing new packaging material, attention is paid to a high recycling content, high recyclability and low plastic content. Existing, suboptimal materials are used up in the interests of sustainability and then replaced with more sustainable alternatives. As a small thank you for thinking about our environment, you will receive a renewable, organic gift with every order.
  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept debit and credit card payments, TWINT, Apple Pay and payment via Klarna (SOFORT transfer). Debit and credit card payments are processed securely and encrypted via the payment service provider Adyen Payments in the Netherlands and Luxembourg. Please note that poor credit card providers can also charge imaginative surcharges for CHF transactions on CH websites that are processed via third countries. In this case, it is worth changing your credit card provider or paying with Twint.
  • Can I also pick up my order?
    No, this is generally not possible, as the majority of the goods are not stored in Lucerne (and we offer extremely fast shipping instead). But there are exceptions to every rule - write a WhatsApp message and maybe we can make the impossible possible (or maybe not). Do you want an extra-long handle that can't be sent sensibly and affordably by post? Then coming by is the best option anyway.
  • How does refrigerated shipping work?
    If your order contains refrigerated goods, it will be prepared last in the evening (approximately between 5 and 8 p.m.) and provided with an additional frozen ice pack. In this case, shipping is always carried out with PostPac Priority, so you can receive your nice and cool food just a few hours later. Please make sure that you are actually there and can receive the package; we refuse liability for spoiled food that could not be delivered on the first delivery attempt.
  • How will my package be delivered?
    After receipt of the order, the goods are usually dispatched on the same day (for orders placed before 4 p.m.). We charge shipping and packaging costs based on weight and these are calculated automatically when you add your order to your shopping cart. Standard (Swiss Post Economy) and Priority (Swiss Post Priority) shipping are available. Regardless of your selection above, refrigerated items will be shipped with Swiss Post Priority to maintain the cold chain. For purchases over 100 CHF we offer free shipping via standard shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For purchase values of 200 CHF or more, we offer free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Priority Shipping. We only deliver to Swiss and Liechtenstein addresses.
